I would like to delete my account, what's the easiest way to do this?

Your account will become inactive after your plan expires. You can renew it at any time, without any additional fee.

If you wish to remove your account permanently, simply send us an email at: support@justproto.com. Your account will be deleted within 5 business days.

Help! I forgot my password!

To recover your JustProto password, please follow those three steps:

  1. Click „I forgot my password” on your login page.
  2. Enter your username.
  3. Then click send request/reminder.

After a while you should get an email with the instructions. Just click the url and set the new password.

If you don’t get an email or the url will be broken, try to repeat all the steps. If it doesn't solve the problem just contact us at support@justproto.com email address.

I want to move my project from free plan to extended one (standard, plus, unlimited). Is it possible?

Of course, just send us an email at support@justproto.com and let us know which plan you chose. Don't forget to specify your account name.

Where are files stored with JustProto and is there SSL available? / Is JustProto a safe application?

Our server is located in Germany in secured data center (www.hetzner.de). Right now we do not offer SSL but this is at the top of our wish-list ;-)

I have a problem with logging in

First of all make sure that your caps lock button is turned off. We also suggest to make sure you didn't make a typo in the url you are logging in.

Ok, So now I have a nice shiny mockup, so what can I do with it now? How can I share it with others?

Just click on the preview button and copy url address from the preview window. Now you can simply send this address to the others (via mail, massenger, skype etc.) and show your prototype to the world!

How to duplicate a page?

  1. Click on the page you would like to duplicate from the "Project" box
  2. Click „Duplicate” button
  3. Duplicated page will appear under

Click on the Duplicate button to easily make a copy of your page

Can I add other users who can edit JustProto projects with me?

Yes, of course!

  1. Click the "Settings" item from the top menu.

    First step to cooperate with others making prototype

  2. Choose "Manage users" option.
  3. Then click "Create a new user" and fill all requested fields.

    Second step to work with others with the same prototype

  4. Submit your changes clicking "Save" button. An instruction email will be sent to the given email address.

    Almost done. In just a moment another user will get access to the prototype

  5. New user should appear on the users list.

How can I edit the master?

To edit the master, follow the steps listed below:

  1. Click on the master you would like to change in "Project" box.
  2. Make all the changes
  3. After that, your changes will apply to all the pages which use edited master

I don't know how to erase my project

  1. Go to welcome screen and click "Open Project" button
  2. Choose the project to delete from the project list and click on it
  3. Click on "Delete" button and confirm your decision
  4. Please note, that deleted project can't be restored
