Piotr Duszyński - Company Buddha (founder, owner)

He's a real old-stager in web development field. 10 years in business branch, over fifty projects successfully released. The founder and owner of DeSmart Company and father of JustProto. Propagator and evangelist of prototyping idea. Code and databases expanding, improving and optimization is his real hobbyhorse. Undeclared Djembe player, eager passionate of sailing.

Asked for describing his greatest accomplishment, he said that founding and developing own business is his biggest success.

Marcin Kowalski - Project Manager

He stakes on team work - "I love to see how large projects are successful only through commitment and hard work of several individuals."- he says.

His biggest success was the day, when he got up at 6 am after only one alarm signal. Marcin spends every amount of money on travelling. He dreams about a trip to Venezuela where he imagines to live in deep forest and eat cassava with piranhas.

Wojciech Skowronek - Project Manager

Wojciech is a truly optimistic oasis of peace. Focused on effective time and task management. "Programming is my passion, and the most fascinating are its effects. I like to support projects and see how developed applications solve people’s problems" - he says.

His biggest dream is to travel around the world, especially to get to know Asian culture and after that he would love to settle down in the most beautiful and peaceful place.

Iwona Milewczyk - Web Application Specialist

Iwona is a well experienced web developer, she started her adventure with programming at the University (even now she is still wondering how she managed to graduate from the uni), but working for DeSmart Company put her through a mill. "Everyday life is made up of such small successes. If I manage to achieve what I planned for the given day, I consider it as another success from which I can be proud of."

If she won a million, she would buy herself a little, cosy house with a garden and she would spend her time playing: piano, guitar, flute and drums. Yes, our team is really gifted ;)

Michał Uberman - Web Developer

He is a master of long-term and advanced projects. He admires diversity and variability of his work. "There are no two the same tasks, there's always something we can improve, every day is a new challenge" - he claims.

Michał is a first ringed (married) team member! That's why he considers the relationship with his wife as his biggest success. After work, he loves cycling and drinking beer (those two never go together!:D). Interested in technical news. In next incarnation he wants to be a dolphin. "Although the rumors about dolphins say that they are only animals besides humans that feel the pleasure from sex, it may be incorrect."

Bartosz Turkot - Web Developer

PHP, MySQL, JavaScript and Mootools, Java, Derby - Bartosz has all these programming languages at his fingertips. “Working on interesting projects with young team is the best aspect of my job”- he says. He trains skateboarding, basketball, volleyball, and many more apart from handball.

Bartek is eager fan of Japan, he dreams about living and studying there. Positive Manga&Anime freak - once we caught him on listening to the Japanese radio.

Radosław Mejer – Web Developer

Programmer wheeler – dealer, he knows how to behave in many different situations. “Creating complex, advanced mechanisms and improving them is my real hobby”- he admits. “More advanced tasks require more effort put in searching good solution. After that, realization is much faster and effective”.

Beer passionate, favorite historical period: middle-ages, fascinated with the Asian culture. In next incarnation he wants to be a cat - the only household pet which hasn't changed over thousands of years.

Natalia Węgrzynowska - Junior Marketing Specialist (can't wait to be senior)

Nickname: woman – chaos. Expert in pressing „Restart later” button when Windows wants to restart after some automatic update. Psychologist (almost!) who tries to link psychology with self-invented marketing ;) Since she loves to do some experiments with food, her biggest dream is to open an art school of cooking. Traveling hothead, music maniac, photography amateur.

She is sure that this incarnation is the last one, and after that she will hold on a position of some manager somewhere up there ;)

Fuko - The Dog

She doesn't speak too much, she's rather clam. But as far as we know each other, I can honestly say, that she has the best life from all team members :)
